Hi there,
Hope this helps someone, Ive been looking around for the past few weeks for a good deal on our remortgage. I found this today at directline and thought id call to ask a couple of questions. It turns out that this deal ends at midnight tonight and is increasing to a rate of 4.78%.
I believe that most rates of interest will change tonight and hope that this info will help. (certainly all direct lines rates are changing as are Northern Rocks (my current supplier)
P.s. I signed up for it and you guarantee the rate at the end of the application process. It is also only really suitable for people with an ltv of less than 90% as a higher lending charge applies.
