Anyone know what sort of size this is - would you class it as a proper doll's house?

I ordered one a few weeks ago, i havn't taken it out of the box but it seems a decent size, enough room for 4 sets of furniture, the trouble is the furniture cost's a fortune, a bargain present has ended up costing me almost 100.00 as i have bought 4 some furniture and a animal family. Also managed to pick up the car from play.com today for 14.99.

Christmas is costing me a fortune, hopefully both my girls will play with it.

I got 2 families off of e-bay for 10.99 each (in the shops they are around 16.00), boots have them on 3 for 2 but they are out of stock online (you might be able to get them in store) .

Tesco have some of the families very slightly reduced instore,notsure if it has them online as well

Yeah hopefully Tesco will reduce them in their sale that starts later this week (I think?).

All Sylvanian reduced by 20% here http://www.valueland.co.uk/category.asp?cat_id=0594&gclid=CMezgKnx7J0CFUYA4wodKDdrKw but if you want to avoid delivery charges I would have a look at amazon as they are usually cheaper than high street stores for figures etc
