hi how long dose gamon last in the fridge i cooked some up on firday have loads left wanted to know if it will be ok to eat in sandwichs today thanks

I would think gamon will keep upto a week in the fridge (not that it would last that long in our house)If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

Gammon is cured so it would last probably up to 10 days. If in doubt, slice them, pack them in portion sizes and freeze0

wow dose it really last that long just to double check i brought raw and cooked it myself it wasnt one of those pre cooked ones you can buy so is the raw ones curred as well thanks0

Yes, it will be perfectly fine. And if in doubt, smell it and if it's rank, don't eat it, but just Friday to Sunday should be absolutely fine.....even my Mum would eat that & she's a right baddy for chucking out perfectly good stuff!2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
