I had never heard of Leighton Denny until I was flicking through channels the other night and came across him, I've ordered a crystal nail file and some nail varnish, they seem to have good reviews

I bought this stuff in the States years ago and it worked a treat, you'd see a difference in your nails within five days. I haven't seen it in Boots for a while but you should still be able to get it.

If your nails are in bad shape then acrylic or the stick on false nails won't make them any better. They'll worsen there condition. Gel nails can benefit some people.

Personally I would perservere and treat your nails so that there in tip top condition. Personally I hate fake nails because I see what they can do. Saying that I am a fan of gel lol.

Nails Inc vitamin E cuticle oil is also very good. It comes in a pen type thing and you just brush it on around your cuticles and over the nail bed area.

I'm hoping Santa will bring me a supply in my stocking this year!
