ccj statute barred/wrong address
got a ccj summons for a debt from Cabot. Am sure havent paid debt for over 6 yrs. What do i do ? moved 5 yrs ago and this letter was sent to old address. Family member passed it to me. Do I send acknowledgement form and then just state I believe its statute barred or do I have to contact Cabot to request paperwork so i can prove its S.B.?
