    I was discharged in 26 weeks - and I had a car, house, a large amount of business debt, an asset to deal with and am self employed.

    So it can happen even if your case doesn't appear to be simple. Still waiting to sort the BI in the house but hopefully that will be soon too.

    I had a car/house etc am in month 11, thank god only 4wks to go still good as no ipa/bro yet its flown by i can honestly say its been the quickest year of my life.i think their offices are getting snowed under.

    Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

    I think it was phil that worked it out, according to the min time they had to allow creditors to reply, complain, spit there dummy etc:p and it came to 5 months +, but who cares, but think yourself lucky:p:rotfl:
