Chelsea or Spurs tickets 21/22 Nov??

Hi
I am on a weekend break in London weekend 21 November and looking to take in a football match. Can anyone help me get a couple of tickets for either the Spurs or Chelsea. Are you likely to pick up tickets outside before the match??
I will even trade my Dundee Utd season ticket for the match v Celtic on 22 November.
Any help in getting tickets please help or pm me.

Ps Can anyone advise of a Dundee United pub inb London - I know there is one.
