black horse car loan.....agreement key imformation
Options
Hi, looking throught hubbys car loan agreement with black horse there is a section of key imformation one of the facts states
" you have no right to cancel this agreement under the consumer credit act 1974,the timeshare act 1992 or the financial services(distance marketing)regulations 2004"
I thought by law a credit aggrement should include a right to cancel policy!!
any advice would be greatly apprecitated.

If a credit agreement was signed on trade premises you have no right to cancel - are you confusing the right to cancel with the right to voluntary terminate (providing the agreement is hire purchase)?0
