Its just a headline. Prices could have fallen 1.8% in the last month, they still would have been higher than a year ago.
The 0.4% increase represents an 'average' house increase of £222 last month.
Nobody knows whats going to happen in the future, but there seems to be very little movement in the area I am looking, prices seem to of stabbled off lately rather then increased though.0 -
