I do a lower fat recipe called Turkey Milanese. You put the normal tomatoes in but also a bit of chopped ham [you could use turkey ham if you're wanting to keep the calories down], 125ml white wine [or I'm sure a bit of apple juice would also work], chopped onion, turkey mince, small amount of sugar, tin of toms, tom puree and a chopped red pepper. Cook as you would a normal bolognase and serve with spaghetti.
