I joined this forum earlier this year and so far have accummulated £33 which should have been paid into my account in October. I have emailed both the links in the original registration email but have had absolutely no response. Has anyone on here had any problems getting their payments or contacting their helpdesks?

The forum is one where you give your opinion on certain TV channels in the UKTV "stable".

Anyone else joined up with UKTV to comment on their programms.

I've had processing payments now for 2 weeks, well coming up for 3 now, no use emailing they never answer.

I know they take their time paying out but this is stupid.:mad:

If you only joined last week then the address will be in your history, just look back and find it.

Personally, I wouldn't bother joining a web site where the only two people on here who mentioned it, did so to say they never got paid.

I can't check my history as it is deleted daily, so I'm hoping somebody will send me the web address.

I joined the site before reading what was written on here as I was asked to join through Toluna.

I was a member (and got paid), but it closed down. They announced that, anyway. I can still log in but nothing's happened there since May.

Web site is http://uktvsofa.optimisaresearch.com/user-login.php but, there's no link there for joining, looks like the only way to join is through Ciao/Toluna survey. To join http://uk.toluna.com
Probably no guarantee that you'd get invited to join the UKTV Sofa panel though.
