morning, I dont know if any of you will be able to help, I have a friend coming for lunch, she is on WW and has 10 points for lunch, but it is so long since i have followed it i have forgotten what you can have for 10 points.
i have the following ingredients
large baking potaotes
sweet potato
chorizo
bacon
cold chicken
ham
eggs
tuna
a little salad but not much and its a bit manky
mince
baked beans
tinned toms
celery/ broccoli/ peas/ carrots/ swede/ parsnip/ onion
pasta
rice
noodles
risotto rice
baked beans, spaghetti, etc
plus lots of spices/ herbs/ flour, etc
any ideas what would make a nice tasty lunch within point values?
i'm thinking i could make wedges with the potatoes (oven baked, just a touch of oil) with maybe a chicken chilli?

i'd make a chunky veg soup with the celery/ broccoli/ peas/ carrots/ swede/ parsnip/ onion and the sweet potatoes and a tin of tomatoes and some chicken stock, maybe chuck some pasta in too. low pointy (about 3-ish per portion)and delish!Nonny mouse and Proud!!
