Cab, best thing to do is read the first post in this thread and PM Eagerlearner for a copy of a guide she sends out to people.

Moneyback Madness isn't one of the best ones. I'd recommend Getpoundsback, Fatcheese, Cashbackkings, Cashbackxtreme, Cashbackchief and Cashbackcascade as the best ones, but obviously just sign up to as few or as many as you are comfortable with to start off with. If you have any questions everyone on the link ive posted are really friendly & will help you get used to it.
