It's been a while since I've posted so I thought I'd give an update on what's been happening!
All has been pretty quiet on the BR front since I went to court back in August, god it feels like it was a lifetime ago not a couple of months!! After I had my phonecall with the OR's assistant I never heard anything else until today. I got several letters though this morning telling me that my car is exempt and all of my pensions are exempt so that's good news
Also had a letter to tell me that they want to set up at IPA for £52 a month starting on 1st December and if I agree to pay it I just need to sign it and send it back. Well I for one am not going to argue with that as it's £30 a month less than I was expecting to pay back but i'm not sure why!! They're also giving me a nil tax code until the next tax year but that hasn't started yet so I'm assuming that'll kick in before next pay day, but again that doesn't bother me, so all good news so far really!
I've never actually spoken to my OR, only ever spoken to his assistant so i'm guessing I'll never get to speak to him unless something comes up between now and discharge but it all seems to be going along without any hitches so far. Fingers crossed for an early discharge!
