I went BR in August and have just received a letter from Moonbeaver saying that my IPA will start december .I have to forward them my wage slips ,can I send copies of these to them ? Today I have received a letter fom the OR handling my case saying that I am to be passed over to RTLU what does this mean can someone please explain this ?

OR has finished investigations and passed your file to RTLU (Regional Trustee Liquidation Unit) who will deal with any assets such as IPA's, property,etc.

It's a good sign.

RTLU, or...Regional Trustee and Liquidator Unit..[sounds awfully dramatic, doesn't it?]...is a bigger office that your case is sent to, once your OR has finished looking into your estate.
The RTLU then handle your case from there onwards until discharge....making any payments to creditors, or dealing with any asset residues..if needed.

next step, is ED....following completion of you IPOQ...I take it you already have NT?

So once I start paying the IPA to moonbeaver do I inform them if I have an increase in my salary ? Going BR was the most stressful thing I have ever done but now its over things seem to be running smoothly in fact it all seems so surreal that im waiting for the downside .

Yes....or decrease...or overtime...Moonbeevers adjust your IPA up or down accordingly.Send them your appropriate wage slips...I think they also pass the info on to the RTLU?? The NT code hasnt been applied yet ,only went BR in August so didnt expect to be passed over to RTLU so soon ,I thought that happened later ?

It must be a straightforward case if you've been passed over so soon. Nothing to worry about.
