What is the point of reporting him to benefit fraud? To me it is just sheer spite!
I know my DM works 16hrs, claims this and that and works cash in hand as well as get csa monies, I would not stoop so low as to grass her up.

Hopefully someone else will, and soon ;). People go to jail for benefit fraud ;)

Sorry, I meant to say in my post at number 13.

I cannot stand people who comit benefit fraud. Its theft from the public purse. I personally think you shouldnt stick him in because it will cause you no end of grief if you let slip it was you and thats all you need more hassle with your NRP. Leave it for someone else to stick him in, but make sure you drop it into conversation about his benefit fraud to your friends etc who may stick him in for you.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

If you go through ICE and they uphold your complaint, you will get the payment for mal admin, for sure. Then depending on the nature of the complaint you can apply for a compensation payment ontop of this. Work with me here it is pos as I have done it, I got about £500! It is a fight and you have to go through it, you dont need a solicitor involved at all, so there is no legal aid requirment and that is very hard to get these days, and if you got it then the LSC would pos take the money you got anyway!

Dig in for a fight and good luck, the money comes from the CSA and not the NRP/PWC.

But keep in mind before going through the ICE you have to have gone through the complaints process at the CSA.

So when you agreed to the agreement with the CSA and the NRP, you all decided NRP would pay you directly?

Sorry, but on this occassion I agree with the CSA. You should have checked yourself and noticed he wasn't paying earlier. I can't see how the CSA have done anything wrong. You and they thought he was paying you directly, until you flag up a problem to them, how are they supposed to know something is wrong?

If you didn't know he was paying you directly, where did the idea it is added to child benefit come from? It sounds like it has come down to your error, not the CSAs ... although I appreciate it is annoying that you're owed the moneys now.

I seen to have read the OP wrong! Having seen this one from shell ive now re-read the OP and I have to say that feel free to complain about the CSA but when do you not think you have been a bit daft in this whole thing? You have to accept some responsibility for this matter. You should have understood how things would work when you came to the agreement.

You arent trying it on are you to try and get some extra cash?:rotfl:
