Vol repo with Halifax

Just spoke to the halifax to find out what i need to do to repo the house. They said I would need to take the keys into branch and sign key surrender form. Bit worried about signing something after reading all the posts on here! If the key surrender form mentions liability for shortfall should i take in a letter ive written just in case? Anyone had experience with vol repo and the halifax?
Must admit the customer services team i spoke to were very helpful and have put a stop on my payments for 2 months doesnt make much difference to me but nice of them to offer!!

I'd still sign nothing....never heard such tosh! post the keys through the repo front door then let them worry (they always change locks on repo anyhow)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

Don't sign a thing! All mortgage lenders will have the same idea about liability for shortfall I would have thought0
