I have. Seen several posts asking if they are going bust and a news artical saying they were imposing lending restrictions and had suspended/sacked some directors for mis-managment. Nothing actually confirming receivership that i can find. If you hop over to the PPI reclaiming board they seem to be paying out on mis-sold policies which surely they wouldn't be if in receivership
