Arrears charges on mortgage accounts where payments are being made in full or arrangements for lower payments are being maintained are evil.
I believe the Government's own bank, Northern Rock, are a big charger of such fees.0 -
Does this apply to all mortgage lenders, we have fees which are just stupid from having arrears (which are now paid off).0
