Interesting phone call just now. I was made BR in September.
However, Castlebridge have received nothing from the OR yet. Because of this, they believe they were not included in the order and the debt still stands :rotfl:
It's not all bad though....I can make a "holding payment" to stop the calls until this matter is resolved! A very generous offer of 50% of the balance was made to me.
I tried to explain that the OR was perhaps a busy man, but apparently if I went BR in September it would be all sorted by now, as the OR contacts creditors before the order is made to warn them
Thank god the likes of Castlebridge are out there to put me straight and dispel al the myths I have read off you good folks here over the past 12 months.
