RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at galaxyfm.com apply to ‘Galaxy Guide to Property’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 02.09.09-16.10.09 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Galaxy Manchester, Galaxy North East, Galaxy Scotland, Galaxy Birmingham, Galaxy Yorkshire.
Please note this in a combined online competition with one prize fund.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
Go online to http://www.galaxybirmingham.co.uk / http://www.galaxymanchester.co.uk / http://www.galaxynortheast.co.uk / http://www.galaxyscotland.co.uk / http://www.galaxyyorkshire.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 5am on 02.10.09 and close at 23.59 on 25.10.09
1.1 The prize winner will be picked via a random prize generator.
2) Eligibility
a) Competition is only open to over 18’s.
b) Barratt Homes and Galaxy employees are exempt from entering the competition.
3) Prize
The prize is one prize of £1,000 shopping vouchers. The vouchers can be chosen from one of the following stores Marks and Spencer, Ikea, John Lewis, Habitat or Argos these will be issued from Global Radio no later than 28 days after the competition end date.
4) Data collected will be used in accordance with Galaxy Radio’s privacy policy.
7) The winner agrees to participate in any publicity
