How does going bankrupt affect how you file your taxes?

Business or Personal?

If you went bankrupt before April 1st. Do you file for the whole year or only the period between the date of your bankrupcy and the April 1st deadline?

    hi al..

    i been b/r and now discharged.
    creditors been paid x in the £ also

    have a tax rebate due to me .. can o/r claim it even though im discharged

  • I think dodgybuilder that once discharged the OR will claim nothing.

    got nowt left after the b******s had finished pillaging me.
    plus it was due due to me after my business went under.
