My Inside Out Diet book arrived yesterday - I had just about given up hope.
It looks quite interesting though ... there is a page with artist's impressions of poo so you can match up your type and see if you have a healthy bowel!!!

It's also heavily sponsored by yakult. It's a good book though. Just ignore the yoghurt drinking advice and the rest makes absolute sense. It think yakult and co are a rip off because you pay so much money for simple yoghurt bacteria. Natural yoghurt will do the same job I am sure...

i recieved one of these about 6 months ago. i think it was the same from Yakult. It tells you about the digestion system. It also has a few Exercise from that Nicky Waterman Woman. :P
