Two pairs of La Senza PJs for £20

Thanks OP ordered 4 Pairs Yesturday 2 for me and 2 as Xmas pressies!!

I am a bit disappointed as I had an email saying that one pair from my order has been dispatched and the other one has been cancelled as it is out of stock. I have been charged £13.45 for one pair. I would much rather have been given the chance to choose another pair (if any were available) to get two pairs for the one delivery charge. Still, it is a good price so I mustn't complain really.

I can't seem to find this offer on the website now? I used the link in the first post of this thread. All I can find on offer is selected pairs for £15 but not the flannel pj's.

Oops, found it! Clicked 'special offers' and there it was.

All credit to La Senza - I just called their customer services number (freephone!) and asked if I could choose another pair of PJs in the size I needed. The very helpful person then found a pair in stock for me in a fabric that I liked and has put it through as a new order at £10 with free delivery.

Edit: just remembered that she said there was a lot more stock coming in and that this offer was ongoing, so if they haven't got what you want in stock now it is worth checking back frequently.

You may aswell ask them to refund the excess postage you paid also as they seem to have charged you more. Yes it is a good price, but if you want the other at least it is a free call

Seems like we had the same idea at the same time - I was doing what you were suggesting whilst you were writing it!

What a good service. Only ordered my Pjs yesterday at 1pm and they have arrived this morning. I could kick myself though. Ordered another two later on in the day and forgot about the free delivery. Still a good bargain though:T I just love doing my xmas shopping online.
