I won a dvd many months ago. Only found out through googling my name, company hadnt emailed me. I sent an email to them, after the third email I got a reply. My details had been passed onto the PR company, they would contact them again. Waited a few weeks and still hadnt heard from either the company or the PR people. Emailed them again.
Today I received an email from another person from within the company apologising etc.
However......she had forgotten to delete the internal email that she had received from the original person I was dealing with.
It said
This is the kind of sh.. that I have to deal with
(obviously I have deleted the last two letters of the word)
She was quick to realise and sent another email (quickest email ever received from them) :rotfl:to say he was referring to the PR company, not me. :rotfl::mad:
Very professional I dont think.
