I got the email confirmation. However, I also viewed the "my account" section of the Burt's Bees website and noticed that the freebie also shows up as a paid (£0.00) order at the bottom of the page. Might be worth checking if your email didn't arrive. OTOH, my order number is 5 digits so maybe that's a sign that they won't be able to honour all the requests? They must have had a lot of folks register for this freebie - certainly well over 200, I'd guess.

Btw, anyone who hasn't heard of Burt's Bees - I totally recommend the baby dusting powder. Works and smells fab for your little ones. Not so keen on the baby diaper ointment - better at prevention than cure, in my experience.
