Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open to all Representatives and Customers who are resident in the UK (including Northern Ireland). Employees and their immediate families, contractors, temporary workers or agency workers of Avon Cosmetics Limited or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter the competition.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. To enter the competition entrants must submit a video of themselves recreating one of the following Jackie Tyson’s Looks: a. Sultry Eyes b. Golden Goddess c. Festive Glam d. Colourful Eyes and upload this to YouTube. You must use at least one Avon products.

4. Entrants must submit an email with a link to their YouTube video to [EMAIL="socialmedia.ukecommerce@avon.com"]socialmedia.ukecommerce@avon.com[/EMAIL]. Entrants must provide their full name and email address together with the Look you have created.

5. The competition will be launched week commencing 2nd November 2009 and will be run over a four week period ending on 23:59 on 29th November 2009. One winner will be chosen each week from the entries received for that particular week and will be notified by e-mail.

The dates and the Look categories are as follows:-
a. Sultry Eyes Opening date: 2nd November 2009 Closing date: 23:59 on 8th November 2009 Winner announced: 9th November 2009
b. Golden Goddess Opening date: 9th November 2009 Closing date: 23:59 on 15th November 2009 Winner announced: 16th November 2009
c. Festive Glam Opening date: 16th November 2009 Closing date: 23:59 on 22nd November 2009 Winner announced: 23rd November 2009
d. Colourful Eyes Opening date: 22nd November 2009 Closing date: 23:59 on 29th November 2009 Winner announced: 30th November 2009

6. Any entries submitted for the wrong week or after 23:59 each week (as stipulated in 4 above) will be exempt from the competition.

7. Each winner will receive all of the makeup products used for each Look as follows:
Sultry Eyes Jillian Dempsey for Avon black Kohl eyeliner, True Colour eye shadow quad in denim blues and SuperShock mascara.
Golden Goddess Ideal shade pressed powder in ivory, illuminating face pearls, True Colour blush in russett, Cosmic brown glimmerstick, True Colour eye shadow quad in mocha latte, Precision glimmer eyeliner, SuperShock mascara, Ultra Colour rich lipstick in bronze treasure.
Festive Glam Jillian Dempsey for Avon professional Kohl eyeliner, True colour eye shadow quad in mocha latte, SuperShock mascara, glimmersticks lip pencil in red, ultra colour rich 24K gold lipstick in Ruby, Extreme Shine Clear Lip Gloss.
Colourful Eyes Ideal Shade Cream to powder foundation, big colour eye pencil, true colour eye shadow single.

8. The winners will be notified by email no later than 4th December 2009 and arrangements will be made at that time for delivery of the Prize. Please allow 28 days for delivery of Prize.

9. Avon reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value).

10. No alternative prizes or cash available.

11. By uploading your Look to YouTube you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this competition.

12. All videos will be screened by a moderator once uploaded and Avon reserves the right to exclude or remove any video in its absolute discretion.

13. Any video that makes defamatory remarks about Avon, Avon’s products or any of Avon’s competitors or other entrants will be exempt from the competition and will be removed from YouTube.

14. The entrant must own the copyright in the video or must have had the copyright in the video assigned to them.

15. The video must be previously unpublished and must not have been enhanced or altered by any means.

16. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them.

17. By entering this competition you grant to Avon an irrevocable perpetual licence to publish your videos in any of Avon’s publications and in any media, including Avon’s websites, face book pages, twitter or any other media as Avon deems fit. However, nothing herein shall oblige Avon to use the entrant's video.

18. By entering into this competition you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be retained by Avon for the duration and purposes of running this competition.

19. Other than for the purposes above, Avon will not share your information with companies outside of the group for marketing purposes. We would like to contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers from Avon. If you do not wish to receive these communications please use the unsubscribe option.

20. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Avon and accordingly Avon may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Avon as a result thereof.

21. Avon’s decision in this is final.
