Don't know that much about this but a guy called Max Tonone has mixed Jay-Z and Radiohead together to create an album called 'Minty Fresh Beats'. It's been featured on several American TV Shows. The files are downloaded as MP3 and it contains a total of 10 tracks. You can also get a clean version of the download.
The site also contains the follow up 'Encore' album which has a further 5 tracks.

Yeah I mean neither of them are my favourite artists but it sounds pretty good together. Didn't try the instrumentals...maybe I'll have a go at them?0
