Hi crowman have a god read of this link from the OR technical manual and if necessary quote parts of it to the examiner

    http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/freedomofinformation/technical/TechnicalManual/Ch25-36/Chapter31/part7/part2/part_2.htm

Thanks, I will have a good look at that when I'm in a better state of mind.

. The OR didnt ask for proof of my child care costs

I have been asked to get the OH's mum (who looks after the kids during the day) to write a letter stating this and how much we pay her.

Put a bit of a spanner in the works as I was trying to keep my BR as quiet as possible and not worrying other family members.

Don't worry about your family, be up front with them if they really care then BR should not be a problem, it's not a big deal anymore. If it is, get them to have a browse on here and see that BR's are indeed human, people that may have got a little lost in life but are not demons of excess and frivolity, unlike Fed the rat Goodwin and cohorts;)
