hi everyone,
the tv rental people Boxclever are chasing me for monthly payment on a tv that i rented from them back in 1999, i've been paying £11.99 a month since then but a few years ago i broke the tv
my question is this
should i tell them i've broken it and am not prepared to keep paying the monthly charge?
or should i just dispute ever signing an agreement with them?
best wishes
Luke

Ask for a copy of the rental agreement from them. That should say what happens in the case of breakages. Take it you don't have contents insurance cover for this item?Debt free 4th April 2007.

Best bet is to ask them to mail you a copy of the agreement then. If they can't find it - you can dispute it. If they have it, it should say what happens if you break the telly!
I hope it was a HUGE telly for £240 a year for 6/7 years..!!!!!!!!!Debt free 4th April 2007.
