not paid by lightspeed

ok ...this is my own fault as i had two account...

but i am owed 35 pound from lightspeed surveys and had my accounts terminated, but everytime i email lauren i just get a pre-written spam outling terms and conditions.

my second account only had a couple of quid on.

is there any way i can get the money owed to me, as i thought that since i'd done the work they have to legally pay me?

Not necessarily, I think having more than one account breaks their terms and conditions so they may not have to pay you. Maybe next time you join a site only make one account and withdraw the money as soon as you reach the payout limit.

i withdraw from lightspeed as soon as i get to a pound for this reason. my partner had her account shut with no explanation.
