but do I just request one ticket to get one free or do I have to request 2 and they will charge for one??

tickets were not available with the daily mail code so I put Sunday mail in and it accepted but still charging for two? Will give them a call tomorrow and see. Thanks for all your help

I have tried every option given for the code without any joy. Has anyone got the correct code - I want westlife tickets.

I think there maybe a problem with the ticketmaster website. I eventually resorted to ringing their dreaded 0871 number and booked over the phone with no problem at all. I mentioned I was struggling to enter the dailymail code, and the cs guy I spoke with said that lots of people were having trouble, and coming through on the phone instead.

Anyway, 2 tickets to see Pavarotti for £40, so I am one happy lady despite having to ring rather than book online!:T :T
