We have just missed opurt 1st Mrtg and secured loan pymnt as we are now saving fopr the moving costs..
secured loan payment is only 2 days late and they are already bombarding me with calls (which so far i have not answered) what am i supposed to say to them ??

ALso when looking for somewhere to live what do i tell the agency ? surely when they credit check they will see that i have a mortgage ? and what if they refuse us because of bad credit will i find somewhere to live i have 2 young children and just want to get it sortyed but need to save the money first.
I know we need to do this but am getting scared now.

dont panic, firstly if you must answer the phone tell them you will check your bank as your not sure whats happened.. will stall them for a week or two.

Do you have to move into rented? any way you could afford your mortgage and secured loan if you had no other debts?

Yes agency will do a credit check on you, if you think you will fail you have a few options, 1, get a guarantor, 2, pay 6 months rental up front, 3, demand they ask the landlord if you can still have the property, he may say no especially if he is on a guaranteed rental insurance but if he is not could be worth it, 4, check out rentals in your paper through private landlords,
