Post & packing is included. This is the cheapest I've seen it... this game is the current top seller on the PC and has an RRP of £34.99, and Play.com are selling it for £24.99.

The minimum specification is for a 2GHz Processor, a 128mb Graphics card that supports 2.0 Shaders, and 512MB RAM. No different from any other current game really. Of course, it will run at that spec, but probably won't look too pretty.
But anyone into gaming online or 3D FPS games would most likely have a system much better than that. I enjoy gaming although I'm not one to spend huge amounts on my PC system... my main system is one year old this month (haven't upgraded it since I bought it) and it exceeds those specification by a huge amount. My other PC is three years old, and even that one meets the minimum requirements for the game.0
