council tax after bancruptcy

i declared myself bankrupt july 09,just wondering do i still pay council tax till next april or is it included in the bankruptcy,will they chase my partner for the debt,because she is doing debt relief this friday maybe it could be included in that instead thanx in advance for your thoughts

Did they issue you with a stat demand for the whole years council tax?
if not, then you have to pay as normal.
Although saying that I think council tax is joint so they will chase her
