OR call done and dusted..pheww

I was due my phonecall at 9.30...well 9.30 on the dot the phone rang...but it was flippin lloyds, so gave them all the info, 5 mins later the OR called, sounded very young, she just went through some of the details ie addy ect then went on to ask about assets, i have none other than life policies, she explainedthey would write to the companies then get back to me.
She went on to ask about my loans which i took out in 05 and 07 as i had put consolidation loans down, she asked if i had taken these out because i was having difficulties then, i explain no, at that point the banks offered me them saying i would be paying less interest than my credit cards, but i still had the cards and slipped back into using them.
Then asked why the downturn in income, so i explained, she also asked questions like how and when i saw i was in difficulty and what made me come to the descision to go bankrupt, she was very nice, then explained about the years automatic discharge, and also the possiblity of early discharge and BROs, and that was it...i cant think of anything else she asked...oh when i last used my cards and if i had used one credit to pay another, thankfully for me all my troubles have been in the last few months, so hopefully its all self explanitry from the bank statements ect, so all in all it took between 20 and 25 minutes.
I am so glad that bits over with:D
