How do I stick glitter wrapping paper together?

Hi, sorry not sure where to post please move if neccessary.

I do hope one of you crafty ladies/men can help solve my problem.

I have bought some luxury glitter wrapping paper and have tried using sellotape to stick it together but it will not work also tried using superglue but just made it go brown and would not stick, is there anything else that i could use to make it stick, it's just to pretty to throw away.

Do you mean you are trying to stick it down to wrap presents with or to use it for something else crafty?

Either way, I would suggest using double sided sticky tape on the none glittered underside. HTH

Just one other thought if the double sided tape doesn't work.....wrap the parcel with really sharp creases if possible and tie tightly with gift ribbon to hold the paper in place.

Double sided sticky tape or sticky dots will work.

I find the more expensive the paper the harder it is to wrap things in it.

Maybe just wrap it so it scrunches around the neck of the bottle and tie with ribbon.
