Double breasted coats can be really difficult to wear nicely (they can make you look wide) so she'll prob want a belted one, this isnt cheap, but I bought my coat from m&s last year and its lasted amazingly well:

I always had a wool blend coat for school - but I had to pay to have it dry cleaned twice a year0

Must have been a long time ago, the train line doesn't go that far now, they re-located Forster Square station years ago
