Boots 1200 points with £50 spend online

If its free delvivery, you dont have to sign for it. I think there is a comment box when you get to checkout so you can ask them to leave parcel somewhere. I ordered today & it said delivery for monday.

I only signed up to there a few weeks ago but never used it always used quidco but didnt realise they done boots till I called my cousin to tell her about the benefit offer as she loves the stuff too! Good job I hadnt payed yet!

Yes we have had an ELC cash register similar to this one for a few years now - they are pretty good quality and still in good working order DD still plays with it a lot now - these are a good buy

After ready through this forum I decided to take advantage of the extra points, I ordered £55 worth of items and used GJAK38 for 500 points, my checkout clearly showed over 1700 points, really pleased with the deal I went through checkout and received an e-mail to say that order was successful and my Advantage card points awarded 1160! What happened to receiving 1200 for spending over £50 and my code that was accepted at checkout for 500 extra points?

I'm so gutted; I have e-mailed them to find out why I didn't get all my card points.

Also I ordered nivea items last month to claim free gift to be collected from my local store, but half my order was out of stock so I decided not to collect due to the fact that I wouldn't be entitled to free item, but my account is showing that it was collected and the money was taken out of my account! If it wasn’t for the recent order I would have been none of the wiser, so will chase up!

Did you cancel the nivea order? You cant just not collect it from store as you will still get charged. It gets sent back to boots after 14 days if its not been collected so they might contact you then. They will still charge you for it once its been despatched.
Unsure about the points one though, just checked my confirmation email and its showing the right amount of points.
Give customer services a call!
