I think they've done a bunk to be honest.
I'd got out of the habit of using them but randomly logged in a couple of months back and my balance was over 15quid so I requested a cheque be sent to me.
That was 5 weeks ago.... still no check.Wins for 2009: Nada, Zip, Zilch0
