Got home from work today to find a package had arrived for me, and realised that I had been charged for the clothes ordered, and the clothes were too big, Called Empire on 0800 777000 to say that I had email to say that there would not be charged, she found out that the wrong code was put on there side, so she changed to correct code, and then sending me a smaller size, then realsied that couldnt use the voucher on sale items.
All I said was I received confirmation via email to say that it was free, and spoke to someone few days ago to chase the order and they said I would receive the items soon, and it would be free of charge even though they were in the sale. the lady on the phone today said, 'OK, I will refund your account as a one-off as this is your first order and that you were given the wrong information. Took her name and waiting for replacements to come.:T
