Claim Management UK?

I've been contacted by the title company (whose website is all the w's consumerclaim co uk (new user - not allowed links)) who tell me that I can have several credit card and loan debts made unenforceable as they were started before 2007. This seems a bit far fetched to my mind, and couple that with a fee of 11% of the "written off" amount, I'm a bit sceptical. Is this a scam or is there any substance to this claim? They claim to be regulated by the Ministry of Justice and their details do, indeed, appear on the MofJ website as authorised. I'd love this to be true!
