Looks Like the 5 year fixes are coming down. Lets hope we see 10 year Fixes less than 5% soon.

There's been a bunch of 5 year 5% deals lately so I wouldn't say they're coming down. A few months ago NatWest, for example, were doing a 4.49% 5 year fix so if anything I think they've come up.0
