The leeks seem a good buy for 750g, the onions also.
I've seen a shop selling 9kg bags of onions for £2 - around 10p per lb, so might go for that as I use quite a few onions!!

i'd imagine its because the next one will be something along the lines of sprouts,clems,potatoes etc suitable for xmas dinner and by leaving this one running an extra week the next will run nicely up to christmas itself then change after.0
