FWIW at ours it's Savoy Cabbage. I'm afraid I'm not a cabbage expert though, is that the same as pointed cabbage?Stompa0 -
Sorry Stompa it's not the same. I could have jotted it down incorrectly but I'm sure they said pointed cabbage.0

which I guess allows them some flexibility.Stompa0 -
Never checked the cabbage in my store, but had to pop out for some milk and picked up a couple of packs of onions - lowest around at just over 22p per pound. Onions are silly prices in the big supermarkets at the minute and that's generally for class 2 produce!!!!!!!!!

Ours was pointy cabbage on Sunday - had the cauli in a cauli cheese last might and it was one of the best I have had in ages.0

shes doing good - loving all the blown cabbages and cauli leaves from neighbours allotment - though she escaped her temporary quaters and snaffled a whole bag of mealworms yesterday!!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

I'm not doubting what you said, but sometimes there seems to be slight variations between different stores. Online it just says 'cabbage':

which I guess allows them some flexibility.
are the veg a decent size too? sometimes tho' it pays to just go to your local grocer's and find them to be bigger and better quality.. tho' that'll mean 2buses to get to mine but aldi's only one bus away from me.. if the cauli's big enough then i'll have it in a curry.. but the cauli cheese sounds delish too!0 -
Does anybody have any idea yet what they are changing to tomorrow?
