delays with valued opinions voucher

I have waited 5 weeks now for a voucher following valued opinions surveys. I emailed "Isabel" last week and was told it would probably arrive in "a week or so". It was an Argos voucher I ordered. Has anyone else had the same problem? They said the supplier had to order some more vouchers in as they were low on stock. Will I get it eventually?

I had the same, it turned up eventually. I've decided to order Amazon vouchers in future as you get those instantly and can save them up on Amazon until you want to spend them.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
