The programme is repeated at 4.25am on Fri 30th Oct (Ch4). I'll probably watch it, despite the fact that it's presented by the dreadful Jane Moore!

  • It's also available to watch on 4OD.

A few months ago "Which" did a report on cereals - it was free for a month on their website (not now) I was surprised too. What outraged me was that I had just been given a leaflet by my diabetes nurse telling me that Branflakes were a good breakfast for a diabetic! With 22g of sugar I was not happy! The only one that got a green light for Sugar/Salt/Fat/Wholegrain was Shredded Wheat.
If anyone wants to know the details for a specific cereal pm me.

I eat my Special K Red Berries every morning without fail, thinking I was being good by actually eating breakfast and not skipping it, and watching the program has made me feel guilty each time I eat it! Wish I hadn't watched it!

I don't really care about the amount of sugar in my cereal ;-)

I eat Porridge & DH eats shredded wheat.

We get wetabix & Wetabix crunchy bran (but can't seem to find this lately) sometimes as well.
