  • Just to warn you, I ordered one of these full price and it came 'packaged' in just a thin envelope, therefore the spine was badly broken in transit. I also wanted a black cover, this was all scratched and broken so you could see the white underneath. To top it all off the photos weren't actually that good quality. I was thorougly narked off as I wanted this as a present.

    Customer service was also very poor, I explained the situation and they said they'd send me another one, what I got was worse than the first one!

    I wouldn't say definitely avoid it, just be careful and don't count on it to be of good enough quality to give as a present.

    ...By the way it wasn't the quality of my photos, they were taken with a semi professional camera and had previously ordered a hard back book from photobox and they looked amazing.
  • I thought the product was quite good, but as formaldehyde perfume says, the packaging is rubbish and it turns up damaged - they really should do better considering they charge £2.50 for P+P and basically send it 2nd class large letter rate in an ordinary envelope. My 2p. :)
