I personally wouldn't even entertain these quick ways of making money...probably the best thing to do is get an evening job delivering leaflets or as mentioned above doing surveys and focus groups...you probably won't make £100 by the end of the week due to that pesky idea that we actually have to work before we get paid but it will at least guarantee an income...

i know i have to work before i get paid. i have never missed a days work since i started working full time at 16 (ten years) never had a day of sick and i work 7 days a week now and i do my ebay business in the evenings and get up at 6.30 in the morning to do daily clicks before i go to work. i have applied for leafleting jobs as i usually go for a run after work anyway so i thought i might as well walk and earn but there seems to be nothing in my area or surrounding towns.

i live in a small town in the sticks, do people think there would be much opportunity to do mystery shopping? i could do this in my lunch hours. the town i work in is small again but has most shops, like maccie d's and stuff. can anyone recommend a company they have been paid by for this kind of work? thanks again for any help!

  • just noticed the mystery shopping thread, will have a peep at that. but any personal recommendations welcome, this seems to be a good option for me timewise.

  • Sign up with an agency and do some cleaning work or something, you get paid weekly, so what you work this week you'll get paid for next week, not a great wage but even at min wage you could make £100 before the end of next month.

Kelly Services have always been really good, I'm a student so I work for them over the summer and during term time (if I'm strapped for cash) I can call them up for cleaning work and they usually have something within a couple of days. When I registered with them they had a cleaning job for me the very same day. Although cleaning isn't the most exciting job in the world it brings the cash in quick when i need it.

Just my 2 pence, everyone is different.
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*

well i've started doing some daily clicks and provided they all track I have made just over £40 today. ebay sales are slowing as i have not put in my usual order to the wholesalers this month just in case i cant find the money by the end of the month. i also sold a couple of dresses on ebay today on a one day listing (pushing my luck i know!) but they went for a total of £32.50! The stuff you have lying around hey?! Also just received £30 from USwitch for changing energy providers when i moved house back in May! completely forgot about it! I am nearly there but i have got the bug now. Maybe we should all try and do this every month!
