Eeek!!!

hiya. so last thursday 22nd i spent the day at court, and went bankrupt(yay :D!)
Today i had told one of my loan people who come and collect from my house weekly about it, and after they have spoken to there office they gave me some worrying news. basicly a couple of weeks ago i rang the court to make the appointment for hthe hearing to go bankrupt. 2 days later, as i knew i was slightly short i renewed my loan from this doorstep collector(£50 loan).today he has told me, because i knew i was going bankrupt before i tool out the loan,(already had court apt at this point) what i have done is fraud, and when all the papers from the court have been received(not sure what that means) they will be investigating it, and i might need a solicitor!!
is this right?? quite worried all over again now.what can happen? whats the worst?
argh!!!!!

    Don't worry.

He's thinking of "incurring credit with no reasonable prospect of repayment" which could lead to a BRO/BRU.

But it has to be material to the overall debt before the OR will consider this. How much were total debts? I aso doubt any company will spend money on solicitors for the sake of £50.

i agree with JCS 1 i had a loan with provident and they were a nightmare to deal with after my BR order. they said exactlythe same stuff as you and guess what the Or took action agaisnt them for no stopping collecting the debt after my BR, registering default after my BR and so on .... . so ignore them adn tell them to go away .
